I’m confident you’ll love my map making products as much as I do for my own projects, but if they don’t fit with your needs and workflow then the return policy is simple.
If you buy a Map Effects product, try it out, and don't love it you can receive a refund of your money within the first 14 days of your purchase.
If for some reason the product doesn’t work or you’re having trouble installing it, EMAIL ME and I will be happy to help you out.
THE NOT-SO-FINE PRINT
Due to the fact that Map Effects products are digital (so you can keep it once you buy it) there are a few guidelines.
Refunds are limited to two products per customer.
Refunds exclude product bundles.
Josh Stolarz | Map Effects reserves the right to refuse refunds in rare cases where I feel the policy is being abused.
Guarantee for Prints & Merch
We offer refunds or replacements for products that are damaged or have a defect during the shipping process. If you have received a product that is damaged please provide a photo and EMAIL ME and I will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
